Inspired at iFLT, 2010, to create Core Fluency!
This summer at the International Forum on Language Teaching, I was in the presence of so many inspirational teachers and researchers in the field of second language acquisition and world language teaching! For one week, as I assisted the directors Diana Noonan and Jason Fritze, I had an opportunity to learn from many of the top researchers and teachers in the field of comprehensible input research, language acquisition, and language education. Although I had been teaching Spanish already, it was after this conference that I was inspired to take my teaching in a new direction: to teach the many adults who seek a holistic, right-brained, and fun Spanish class! Soon after, I founded Core Fluency International. I am so thankful for these inspirational teachers and researchers in the field of language education! — Laura Friesen, founder Core Fluency
